Pantheon construction was selected to tender for two distinctive detached 3000sqft family homes for two individual clients, as a referral from our Penns Lane site.
As this was an owner/occupier project there was a greater amount of detail required so that our clients could personalise each of their new homes. Meetings were arranged between ourselves and the clients initially to determine the internal design element of the project and each of the clients requirements and this continued regularly throughout the term of the build.
Once a design brief had been agreed we were able to produce a fully detailed quote to manage the build from start to finish. There were certain planning conditions that had to be adhered to throughout the duration of the development due to the history, nature and location of the site. But we found by working in conjunction with the architect and the planning department we were able to meet all the relevant conditions and complete the build on schedule.
