We were recommended to our client via an architect we had worked with on a previous site to build two detached five bedroom dwellings. Each property was approximately 2100 sqft and we were involved from outline planning stage to completion.
This was a reasonably straight forward development as the site was practically level, and the demolition of the existing property didn’t present us with any problems
Both houses were traditional masonry construction with individual key stone lintel feature work to the front elevation and bay windows to give a more unique aspect to each property, along with fully landscaped front and rear gardens. As well as providing project management for the entire construction we also able to liase with the design team, local planning, council offices, public highways, building control and all relevant utilities on the clients behalf.
